How do I access the warranty?
Step 1: Flash the QR Code On your product box, locate the QR code dedicated to warranty registration. Use your smartphone application to
scan this code.
Step 2: Enter your e-mail address After scanning the QR code, you’ll be redirected to a web page. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided and
press “Send”.
Step 3: Confirm your e-mail address Check your inbox for a confirmation e-mail. Open it and click on the confirmation link to validate your e-mail address.
Step 4: Fill in your details Once you’ve confirmed your e-mail address, you’ll be redirected to a form. Fill in the fields with your first name, surname, date of purchase and upload a proof of purchase (receipt).
Step 5: Accept the conditions Make sure you read the General Terms of Use (GTU) and the Privacy Policy (RGPD) carefully. Tick both boxes to indicate your agreement with these conditions.
Step 6: Confirmation Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and a summary e-mail. This will contain a link to download the warranty contract in PDF format.
Please note that our 5-year warranty does not cover certain types of damage, including those caused by customer modifications, repairs not carried out by our service department, intentional damage, minor cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear of components and malfunctioning accessories.
