7-ORDER CONFIRMATION

13-DELIVERY
As a matter of principle, once payment for the order has been received, the products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

A delivery service using a gondola through the window could be studied. This service will entail an additional cost which will be billed to the customer; a quotation can be provided on request.
In the event of late delivery, the customer may cancel the sale under the conditions set out in article L.138-1 of the French Consumer Code, provided that the delay

14-MAJOR FORCE

17-WARRANTY

In accordance with article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, PIXMINDS DISTRIBUTION’s objective is to inform the customer and enable him/her to know the essential characteristics of the product.
