Red Bull Campus Clutch 2023 is the third season of the collegiate tournament organized by Red Bull in collaboration with Riot Games. The series of events was developed to foster and develop esports talent, giving university students a taste of an international LAN event and the big stage.
The 2023 season restructured the final LAN event: the 2023 iteration brought together 34 teams from around the world, compared to the 47 teams that attended the 2022 LAN final. But that didn't stop the event from growing its audience and reaching new heights in 2023.
The 2023 Red Bull Campus Clutch was the most popular iteration of the event series to date .
VALIANT PBL REPRESENTED FRANCE
On October 17th, Reach, Askoo, Hawks, Soren and YoZeii began their journey in the Red Bull Campus Clutch 2023. The university representatives of Valiant, who compete in the VCL alongside Mandatory, reached the final of the third Qualifier without too much difficulty . They beat their opponents 13-7.
With this victory, a wonderful sporting adventure begins.
In the national final, the next stage of the circuit, they again beat WEROLLIN – whom they had faced in the qualifying final – before crushing Tenjiku to win the title.
A place at the World Championship
GARUDA THE INDONESIAN CHAMPION TEAM 2023
After over 4,000 college student teams participated in the VALORANT global tournament, national winners from 34 countries, including two former champions, competed in the global finals in Istanbul, Turkey. But it was the Indonesian underdogs who surprised everyone by taking the crown.
Red Bull Campus Clutch 2023 reached 46,608 viewers, 416,043 hours watched for 38h20 of streaming.
