Technology Provider Pixminds rebrands as Lexip and raises €19.4M

Pixminds, a leader in technology, patented accessories and experiences, announced it has rebranded as Lexip and raised 19.4M€ in strategic funding. The investment will accelerate the company's growth trajectory and ability to create unique experiences in retail and online, blending licensed hardware and software for the communities of its partner publishers and brands such as Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, and Seagate Technology, LLC, a global, mass capacity data storage leader.

The success of this round with Technology, Finance and Publishing industry partners is a token of the market confidence in Lexip’s ability to disrupt the Gaming hardware market by delivering innovative concepts mixing patented products and experiences. In a market gathering 3.5 billion gamers worldwide, worth $200B next year with double digit growth for the next couple of years, this investment will allow Lexip to further create value generating ecosystems gathering hardware, software, solutions and services.
